Responsibilities & Context:

Head of Sales - Energy (Generator, Solar, Battery Technology/Head of Sales-Ind. Rack & Cable Tray

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
  • Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies, tactics, and positioning accordingly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, with the sales team to provide feedback, address challenges, and recognize achievements.
