• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork, strategy, and execution.

• Experience with CRM tools and digital sales processes.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS, software, and marketing services.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing B2B sales team.

• Identify potential clients, Channels, pitch solutions and close deals confidently.

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to align client needs with business offerings.

• Track sales performance through CRM and prepare periodic reports for management.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
