• Age 26 to 32 years

- Manage publisher accounts with Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Adsterra, Taboola, Ezoic, and other monetization networks.

- Strong understanding of CPM, RPM, fill rate, ad inventory, and programmatic advertising.

- Ability to analyze data, identify revenue opportunities, and solve performance issues.

- Practical knowledge of publisher-side platforms such as AdSense, GAM, and other ad networks.

- Passion for technology evolution and digital advertising innovation.

Experience with Bangladeshi digital publishers, AdTech companies, or publisher monetization teams will be preferred.

• Manage and maximize advertising revenue across company-owned websites.
• Manage publisher accounts with Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Adsterra, Taboola, Ezoic, and other monetization networks.
• Optimize ad placements, formats, RPM, eCPM, fill rate, and overall advertising yield.
• Monitor publisher dashboards, analyze revenue performance, and troubleshoot monetization issues.
• Test new ad formats, networks, and monetization opportunities.
• Coordinate with developers for ad tags, integrations, and website performance improvements.
• Analyze website traffic quality and monetization potential using GA4.
• Explore emerging AdTech, AI-powered monetization tools, and automation opportunities.
• Prepare monthly advertising revenue reports and recommendations.
