Job Context:
∎ The position of Head of Sales consists of directing the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer, coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. It also consists of establishing training programs for sales representatives, Sales Manager and analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Demand Forecasting and Target setting.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Plan and direct staffing, training and coaching, Monitoring, Controlling and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
∎ Responsible for credit realization from respective clients/organizations/dealers, etc. on a timely manner.
∎ Analyzing the competitor's activities & developing the pricing policy and Discount Rate & setting market penetration strategy and Scan what competitors doing right and wrong in market and what our weak points and objections are in the market that we could be improved.
∎ Find out competitors market share and positioning, product portfolio and Price, Competitors hot selling items, Discounts, monthly offer programs for dealer and fabricators.
∎ Prepare sales budgets and approve budget expenditures and meet the yearly sales target and company short and long term sales goals.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Develop the right sales operation (SOP's) process.
∎ Operating all necessary functional activities like, conducting monthly sales meeting, distributor and Fabricators meet.
∎ Manage of Foreign Tour for Dealers.
∎ Market Visit for analyzing the pros cons of business for development.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Colleagues, and Clients etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by Head of Business Operation/ CEO/ Board Members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.
∎ 12+ years of sales experience (Relevant is Preferable). Must have delivered to targets and must have the ability to adapt to and work under high sales performance pressure environments.
∎ Very Good in Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel, PPT and Reporting and Business communication
∎ Proven working experience in building material industry is highly preferable.
∎ Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership ability.
∎ Analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
