Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a government approved institution. MBA/Graduate Diploma/Certification in hospitality management or Sales & marketing filed would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have experience in working with a hotel industry. If you didn't work in a hotel industry before, please don't apply.
∎ The Head of sales will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, retaining customers and converting prospects into sales.
∎ Ensure profile completeness of registered customers and helping them to find suitable life partners.
∎ Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
∎ Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating a meeting between members and creating success stories.
∎ Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.
∎ Hit/exceed the monthly/annual sales target.
∎ Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
∎ Sourcing talented and experienced hotels from home and abroad.
∎ Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Working closely with the Head of Marketing to support programs and initiatives.
∎ Knowledge and expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe in Design.
∎ Knowledge and expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe in Design.
∎ Working with the internal hotels to understand their marketing requirements at an individual level.
∎ Managing and coordinating on ground sales initiatives, which include traveling to info centers, running outreach hotels, resorts, community screening programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant work experience in hospitality management industry & marketing device sales. Having worked for a start-up and hospitality management or the industry in any capacity will be a plus.
∎ Strong problem-solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
∎ A team player with a winning attitude and a passion for sales
∎ Conversant with computer MS Word/ MS Excel/Excess/ Power Point tools and various sales reporting.
∎ Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing the highest quality outcome possible.
