∎ Real Estate & Time Share.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Negotiation with clients for sales Time Share of Suite Sales .
∎ Respond to sales inquiry.
∎ Achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Maintaining clients' database.
∎ Ability to do Team Work.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
∎ Presenting company services to the clients.
∎ Deal with corporate clients.
∎ Organize & Participate in sales related events.
∎ Initiating new ideas and convert them in to business.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
∎ Maintain sales & others reports.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure. Well behaved, convincing & positive attitude.
