∎ Must be Graduate/post-graduate from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attract new customers in the socks, narrow fabrics and garmenting segment
∎ Identifying feasible application for increased sales of yarn dyed nylon and yarn dyed polyester
∎ Add new customers for other products including monofilament, High tenacity, Dope dyed DTY (PET and PA6), HOY, twisted, ACY, etc.
∎ Develop and strengthen agent and trader network in Bangladesh.
∎ Set and achieve monthly sales targets across product categories.
∎ Act as a local company representative for customer service for existing customers in Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate with Mumbai export team for planning of new orders.
∎ Coordinate and follow-up with Plant to ensure time-ly execution of orders.
∎ Complete service of customers including order ac- ceptance, feedback to customers through MIS and reports, delivery of orders, troubleshooting and payment collection.
∎ As volume grows, recruit and establish office for AYM and manage the Bangladesh operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of noteworthy experience in yarn production of nylon, polyester and polymers items, with minimum 8 years in senior management role
∎ Excellent track record of yarn sales
∎ A sales person and a strategist with strong management skills, having active business network, highly communicative & customer-centric
