Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Attention to detail, Business Analysis, Customer Management, Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Market Research and Development, Sales & Marketing, sales and marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Demand Forecasting and Target setting.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Plan and direct staffing, training and coaching, Monitoring, Controlling and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
∎ Responsible for credit realization from respective clients/organizations/dealers, etc. on a timely manner.
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals and look for prospective customers.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Analyzing the competitor's activities & developing the pricing policy and Discount Rate & setting market penetration strategy and Scan what competitors doing right and wrong in market and what our weak points and objections are in the market that we could be improved.
∎ Find out competitors market share and positioning, product portfolio and Price, Competitors hot selling items, Discounts, monthly offer programs for dealer and fabricators.
∎ Prepare sales budgets and approve budget expenditures and meet the yearly sales target and company short- and long-term sales goals.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Develop the right sales operation (SOP's) process.
∎ Operating all necessary functional activities like, conducting monthly sales meeting, distributor and Fabricators meet.
∎ Manage of Foreign Tour for Dealers.
∎ Market Visit for analyzing the pros cons of business for development.
∎ Maintain good relationship with Colleagues, and Clients etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
∎ Good planning and organisational skills
∎ IT knowledge, budget and report writing skills
∎ Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.
∎ Must have delivered to targets and must have the ability to adapt to and work under high sales performance pressure environments.
∎ Proven working experience in building material industry is highly preferable.
