∎ Strong background in promoting and managing healthcare or medical-related products.
∎ Experience dealing with pharmacies, medical representatives, and B2B healthcare clients is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leads and manages a team of sales representatives for a health-tech company within a defined geographic region.
∎ Drives the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
∎ Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, including pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies.
∎ Develops and implements effective sales strategies tailored to market needs.
∎ Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
∎ Ensures all sales operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
