Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for leading sales team to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Develop, plan and drive sales initiates to achieve set goals by monitoring and motivating sales team.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies & develop promotional activities to create new markets and achieve sales target.
∎ Create new customer database through aggressive and detailed marketing.
∎ Scan the market, identify new opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with clients
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Build a positive inter-personal relationship with clients.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through excellent customer services.
∎ Maintain communication with existing customers.
∎ Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 7 year(s) of prior work experience in related field from reputable organization
