∎ At the beginning of 2021, we are launching a new and exciting FMCG product (Beverage), and to help with that, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a proven track record. Key tasks are to build our sales team, define the optimal route to market, and to help us secure a successful product launch.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role is a data-driven role, that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the consumer base, the competitive market, and the ability to analyze sales department performance. The Head of Sales commands an integral part of the business, as it also involves the management of external partners and collaborations with numerous internal departments, both locally and abroad.
∎ Build, supervise, and lead a large team of regional sales supervisors and sales reps.
∎ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and results.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ Maintains sales volume by tracking market changes and -trends, economic indicators, competitors as well as supply and demand.
∎ Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
∎ Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications,
∎ establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
∎ Ability to develop wholesalers, key accounts, and big end-users.
∎ Apart from building and leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the sales team, and monitoring performance as a whole, the Head of Sales defines and communicates the business's KPI's and targets to sales personnel, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.
