Experience:
The Reservations Head plays a key role in:
Overseeing and managing the reservations department.
Ensuring efficient handling of reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Implementing strategies to maximize room bookings and revenue.
Knowing the entire Reservation Procedure according international standard.
Responsible for Hotel and Local Reservations. Handling of guest correspondences on regular basis.
Allocate daily tasks to Reservations team.
Review reservations, arrival report on daily basis.
Responsible for the preparation of occupancy forecast.
Responsible for training staff.
Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures regarding reservation and sales process.
Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in the system and correspondence file.
Supervise the Department in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation Analysis.
Monitoring Telephone manners and general performance of reservations team daily.
Ensure special handling of repeat guests and very VIP guests.
Observe and ensure that proper tentative bookings and updates, reservation status, Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to the company policy.
Maintain cordial relations with corporate clients.
Responsible for maintaining a Neat and Orderly position at all times.
Perform any other duties requested by the management.
