Experience:
Proven experience in leading recovery teams.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a tactful communication approach.
Excellent analytical ability to assess credit risk and payment behavior.
In-depth knowledge of credit control, collection procedures, and legal recovery processes.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Develop and execute recovery strategies to collect outstanding payments within defined timelines.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify delinquent accounts for action.
Conduct direct follow-up, client visits, and negotiations with customers to ensure payment realization.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Legal departments to resolve disputes and facilitate recovery.
Evaluate client creditworthiness and recommend corrective measures to mitigate credit risk.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection progress.
Prepare and present periodic recovery performance reports to senior management.
Initiate and oversee legal proceedings against chronic defaulters when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policy, ethical standards, and financial regulations in all recovery activities.
