∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the entire garments quality team to implement and monitor quality SOPs across all AQL stations.
∎ Collaborate with PD, Merchandising, IE, Sampling, Production, and Maintenance teams to provide all necessary quality approvals for bulk production.
∎ Ensure the quality department operates efficiently at all points of production.
∎ Perform final inspections for all Purchase Orders (POs).Follow up on all sample checks against production specs to meet required quality standards.
∎ Identify quality problems or risks, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.
∎ Cooperate during external quality audits and ensure compliance.
∎ Organize technical meetings with all necessary documents, samples, tech packs, and approvals in place.
∎ Hold regular meetings to evaluate team KPIs and identify operational improvements.
∎ Coordinate with operations, marketing, and execution teams to ensure sufficient quality support is delivered.
∎ Establish and continuously improve SOPs, guidelines, and manuals for the department.
∎ Job Context:
∎ The Head of Quality is accountable for developing quality control procedures, performing audits, and overseeing stationed quality controllers, thus ensuring that organizational processes and production comply with the requirements of customers, regulatory, and company’s own requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for 2 Sweater Units quality, ensuring perfect function of SOPs to ensure the final product meets customer expectations in both final specification and functionality.
