∎ Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & meet their expectation.
∎ Implement and maintain quality system and process.
∎ Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/audit).
∎ Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation.
∎ Assessing customer requirement and ensuring that the quality met.
∎ Specifying quality requirement of raw materials with suppliers.
∎ Knowledge on all sort of Lab testing relate to Fabric /trims.
∎ Knowledge on Fabric inspection process.
∎ Work with operational team to establish procedures (standards, system).
∎ Directing objective to maximize profitability.
∎ Coordinating and communicating with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials.
∎ Ensure subsequently clarifying the requirements and recommending alternative value-added options to the customer to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution.
∎ Train up the local management under the close supervision.

∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
∎ The candidate should have experienced in related field of Garments Technologist/Quality Assurance/ Garments technical person.
