Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management
∎ Implementation of Online and Offline process controls in each area of manufacturing and aligning entire team to achieve customer requirement.
∎ Handle all Technical / Quality Assurance/ Quality Control activities like Physical Lab, R & D, Chemical Lab, Shade Grouping & Inspection (Folding) Departments.
∎ Handle Process Control & new product development process Team.
∎ Handle all external/ buyer audits like Decathlon, Inditex, GOTS, GRS & RCS etc.
∎ To involve in Customer service and resolving issues to customers satisfaction.
∎ To interact with customer and provide various information related to product and processes.
∎ To play lead role in Various Technical Audits external as well as internal audit.
∎ Head of QA & Product development involved in managing costs, scheduling workflow, approving product prototypes and assuring quality standards through all stages of new product development.
∎ Implementing development of yardages and Hand samples as per customer requirements received through Marketing.
∎ To ensure final fabric inspection meeting requirement of customer

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
