Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive promotion strategies for all organizations managed by saic group to increase student enrollment and meet admission targets.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, educational trends, and competitor strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the promotional team to align promotion efforts with overall marketing and admissions objectives.
∎ Lead the planning, development, and execution of promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, events, and partnerships.
∎ Create compelling messaging and promotional materials that highlight the institute's strengths, academic programs, facilities, and student achievements.
∎ Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
∎ Develop and nurture relationships with prospective students, parents, guidance counsellors, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
∎ Organize and participate in campus tours, and information sessions to showcase the institute's offerings and address inquiries.
∎ Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all promotional materials and communication channels. Uphold the institute's reputation and values through ethical and responsible promotion practices.
∎ Monitor online reputation and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, and reviews on social media and review platforms.
∎ Manage a team of promotion specialists, admissions counsellors, and support staff, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
∎ organize visits to all campuses of SAIC Group, facilitate workshops, gather reports, and supervise the progress of both online and offline promotional activities for all SAIC Group-managed organizations.
∎ Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
