Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
∎ Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order supplies
∎ Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales
∎ Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and optimize financial performance
∎ Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
∎ Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
