Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Retail Brand & Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the brand`s presence in the market, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing promotional activities to increase customer engagement and drive sales. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand’s market presence.
  • Coordinate with management to enhance branding materials and define brand standards.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to ensure a competitive edge.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure they align with brand standards and business goals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the brand’s online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and key performance indicators to optimize online content.

Promotions and Events:

  • Plan and execute promotional events to attract potential customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event necessities.
  • Evaluate the success of each event and promotion to improve future strategies.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop programs and strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Address customer feedback and ensure a positive brand experience.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and provide a return on investment.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and agencies to maximize budget efficiency.
