Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
∎ On time reporting to supervisor and problem solving capability.
∎ Working as directed by supervisor to achieve sales targets
∎ Managing cash counters at outlets (for cashier posts).
∎ Providing holistic service through proper communication with customers.
∎ Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing customer service.
∎ Arranging and displaying product as per plan.
∎ Proper packaging and product delivery as per rules
∎ Adherence to rules and regulations regarding cleanliness in the workplace.
∎ Increase sales by informing customers about offers and promotions
∎ Checking product expiry date regularly and reporting to supervisor
∎ Assist in receiving (unloading) merchandise from warehouses and suppliers and placing and sorting on shelves.
