Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applicant should have Capability of Marketing for Products: Stationery Items, Books, Toys, Gift Items, Educational Materials, etc.
∎ Ensure unit wise sales target.
∎ New dealer searching & Ensure dealer performance.
∎ Lead and Monitor the Sales Team (Stationary Section),Solve sales (Stationary Item) related problems.
∎ Propose different plans for increase sales.
∎ Train and develop the junior colleagues.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
