Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate should have practical experience of working in Super Store like Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar, Unimart etc.
Always follow up the sales team and visit the outlet for how to increase sales and product display.
Searching the gap market and refilled immediately.
Ensure new product coding procedure and submit the price quotation.
To supervise the collection of product orders from Modern Trade.
Motivating the sales team on how to minimize sales returns, product expiry dates, maintaining FIFO and LIFO etc.
Collecting checks from parties and always checking party balance.
Must have the mindset to work under pressure.
Assist to Regional Sales Manager on various purposes.
