∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborates with stakeholders on the creation of project plans, and oversees changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project.
∎ managing the production of the required deliverables. planning and monitoring the project. Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures. Preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
∎ Provide guidance and support to plant management team by identifying progress opportunities, supporting, and helping to manage annual plan and progress plan.
∎ Set out team to increase machine capacity & safety by introducing automation.
∎ Implemented best in class engineering practices along with infrastructure to increase plant uptime.
∎ Directed various plant and machinery layout changes to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Developed plant in-house engineering team manage uncertainty due to poor contractors' availability when necessary.
∎ Renovated Chlorine storage and handling facility to enhance safe workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputable company/industry. Having a professional degree will be preferred.
