Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in an area of social science/ development studies or equivalent.
∎ Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
∎ Commitment to HRF values

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12 years of working experience in national and international organisation with 5 years of experience in similar position and programme management in both humanitarian and development contexts.
∎ At least three years of previous experience working in the complex humanitarian crisis in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation, and coaching.
∎ Highly developed cultural awareness and ability to work well in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
∎ Strong results orientation, with the ability to challenge existing mindsets.
∎ Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, the definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy-in.
∎ Ability to present complex information succinctly and compellingly.
