1. Highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic. 
2. Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. 
3. Must have very good command over MS office application.

1. Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.        
2. Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
3. Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
4. Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.       
5. Providing guidelines & instructions to sub-ordinates to achieve high productivity with required quality level· 
6. To check & monitor the manpower utilization of the department/ sections to assure that it gives the maximum benefits to the company.
7. Provide best cost minimization plan to sub-ordinates & achieve it combine.
8. Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & working extra hour.
9. To arrange pre-production meetings for all new styles before starting production.
10. To ensure a smooth workflow with properly managed supply chain of fabrics and accessories.
11. Monitor the disturbance of achieving daily production target.
12. To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required for the stitching plan and the forecasted shipment plan.
13. To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
14. Ensure production achievement Shift wise/ Machine wise/ Process wise Production.
15. Ensure minimum wastage and keeping data of wastage Shift wise/ Process wise.
16. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.        
17. To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
