Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and maintain quality system and process
Able to manage, train and develop Team
Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/audit)
Carrying out quality & supplier evaluation
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that the quality is met
Specifying quality requirement of raw materials with suppliers
Knowledge on all sort of Lab testing relate to Fabric /trims
Knowledge of Fabric inspection process
Work with operational team to establish procedures (standards, system)
Directing objective to maximize profitability
Coordinating and communicating with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fitness, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials
Ensure subsequently clarifying the requirements and recommending alternative value-added options to the customer to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution
Train the local management under close supervision
