∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in Planning, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization (Dyeing, Printing & Finishing Industry).
∎ Figure out dislodgement and assist in making rectifications to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Total follow-up from Grieg Fabrics receiving to Finished Goods delivery.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the worker's performance and reviewing operator skill levels and ensuring corrective action to train potential workers.
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
