Responsibilities & Context:
•Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
•Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances and trends.
•Analyze and evaluation of customer demands and present marketing performances and product trends.
•Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments. Conduct quarter and annual business reviews
•Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
•Plan and monitor outsourcing aspects (orders, special operations, etc).
• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
•Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
•Trained all new staff to assign the position.
•Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.
