Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over all responsible for OTA related all operational activities. Deal with Airlines office, GDS office, IATA office.
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets, refund, reissue, fare calculation and void all other reservation task maintain.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ IATA account maintain & reconciliation of every fortnight bill.
∎ Manage the reservation team, reservation software Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.
∎ Keeping communication with corporate clients.
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in the following area(s): Airline Ticketing, online (web/ e-mail) /OTA platform) Support, online travel agency, Reservation/ Ticketing
Salary: Negotiable
