∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

∎ Inova Polymer Limited is a 100% export-oriented manufacturer looking for experienced and dynamic individuals for its Head of Operation.
∎ Job Location: Aminbazar, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead Polymer Formulation unit directly including Lab & QC.
∎ Making decisions for complex issues about production.
∎ Giving effective solutions in regards to quality problems.
∎ Act as a leading role for smooth operation of Production.
∎ Handling any chemical issue like quality, requisition & compatibility.
∎ Generating realistic ideas to increase productivity.
∎ Making a decision for developing new recipes for maximum profit.
∎ Forecasting for making decisions based on data analysis.
∎ Being informed about Current situation of the floor, men, machines & materials.
∎ Reduce cost by optimizing the process.
∎ Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business KPI's and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company;
∎ Develop new clients & engage with the various stakeholders (Buyers - Customers - Suppliers - Production Team etc.) and assess the potential growth opportunities & on time delivery of quality products
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) working experience in the Polymer Division.
∎ The experienced persons will get relaxed in Educational Qualification.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office applications.
