Responsibilities & Context:
Inova Polymer Limited is a 100% export-oriented TPR manufacturer, looking for a Experienced, dynamic, energetic & self-driven candidate for the post of “Product Development Technician” in Production Unite. Develop, improve and customize formulation, SOP, equipment`s, product, methods and process regarding different type of TPR grade.
Monitor and ensure immediate support in production unite.
Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals and products.
Prepare Specification of useable raw materials etc.
Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds for conducting test.
To be responsible for quality issues of the assigned products, raw materials, finished goods etc.
To ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance with approved sample and specifications.
Ensure compliance in production floor health and safety guidelines.
