Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • Any Degree/Diploma/ Certification in Apparel Manufacturing would be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead the entire production team & overall operational management of the company
∎ • Advise, guide and provide necessary feedback to planning team to formulate production plan
∎ • Ensure optimum utilization of resources towards getting targeted output
∎ • Analyze input-output ratio to minimize process loss
∎ • Control Overhead Expense in each area of production & operation
∎ • Identify critical operation and recommend remedial measures
∎ • Optimization of work force in different area of production
∎ • Ensure remedial measure to avoid production bottlenecks
∎ • Provide required feedback to merchandising & marketing department regarding booking schedule, unutilized capacity, estimated delivery time etc.
∎ • To give necessary directives to Sample & product development team aiming at ensuring approval of particular samples from the buyer in a shortest possible time
∎ • Responsible for full implementation of production schedule as per plan
∎ • Ensure quality control of the product by guiding, supervising and monitoring Production as well as quality control team
∎ • To make necessary arrangements for imparting Training to different wing of Production, Product Development, Quality Control etc.
∎ • Provide required support & feedback to Compliance Manager towards ensuring Compliance as per requirement of Accord, Local Regulatory Authority as well as from different buyers
∎ • Ensure implementation of Health & Safety measures as per Compliance Requirement
∎ • Ensure smooth functioning of warehouse & logistic operation of the factory
∎ • Ensure monitoring workers' performance, Standard Target setup, Line Balancing etc.
∎ • Ensure conducting Capacity Study/ Production Study/ Time Study
∎ • Ensure production team attaining Hourly Target/ Daily/ Monthly Target
∎ • Maintain strong relationship with buyer by providing them required feedback regarding execution of their orders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have experience in working with export oriented innerwear/lingerie manufacturing industry
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package specially in MS Excel
∎ Excellent leadership & Interpersonal skills
