Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ocean freight department.
∎ Establish and maintain excellent relationships with major shipping lines.
∎ Negotiate and secure competitive rates from shipping lines to meet the needs of the company and its clients,
∎ Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to create quotations, bids, and tenders.
∎ Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as international trade regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
