∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of Business Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Productions, Operations Technical and Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversea meetings on the production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality to shipment and marketing regarding merchandising issues.
∎ Liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Ensure and find the new buyer along the development, customer satisfaction of all level and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
∎ Report to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinate with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
∎ Training and monitoring marketing merchandising team to achieve company’s required goals and targets.
∎ Manage the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, Finishing and packing and delivery.
