∎ Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee meetings on the production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, garment quality to shipment and merchandising issues.
∎ To liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ To ensure and find the new buyer along the development, customer satisfaction of all level and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
∎ Reporting to owner and top management regarding monthly performance.
∎ To train up Marketing & Merchandising team to achieve company’s required goals and targets.
∎ To manage the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, packing and delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experienced in the field of Business Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Productions, Technical and Quality Assurance.
Salary: Negotiable
