ROLE OBJECTIVES
This performance profile aims to attract a Marketing Lead at Smile with a proven track record for leading high-performing marketing teams, developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive sales growth, enhance member retention, refine brand positioning, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
The role includes leveraging artificial intelligence tools and data analytics to optimize marketing performance to scale. Specifically, the role will be responsible for achieving aggressive new member and member retention growth targets.
This role will be reporting to the CMO and will be a part of the Retail Dental Cover & Corporate Dental Cover Divisions. The position will have a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of crossover b/w 8 am-5 pm GMT+10 (Brisbane, Australia)

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed annual new member growth targets for both Retail (68% YOY) and Corporate Dental Cover (263% YOY).
Retention Rates: Maintain or exceed member retention rate goals for Retail (85%) and Corporate (90%) dental cover.
Positioning & Messaging: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
Team Growth & Engagement: Successfully recruit and onboard 5-10 new team members within specified timelines.
Campaign Effectiveness: Increase conversion rates and lead generation metrics to achieve our aggressive growth goals.
Budget Efficiency: Proactively manage an increasing budget tied to your ability to hit ROI targets tied to CAC and LTV targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
