Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy to hit ambitious student enrolment goals
∎ Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (primarily Google Ads, but FB/Instagram also to be explored) to maximize ROAS
∎ Deep dive into analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Looker, etc.) to uncover insights and drive data-backed decisions
∎ Run rigorous A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates
∎ Work closely with product and design teams to refine messaging and UX
∎ Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels and growth hacks
∎ Track, report, and iterate - quicklyWho we are looking for
∎ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles
∎ Proven track record in scaling PPC campaigns with strong ROI
∎ Deep understanding of analytics, tracking, attribution models, and CRO
∎ Strong experience with A/B testing and using data to drive decisions 🔹
∎ Highly proactive, hands-on, and results-driven - you take ownership and make things happen
∎ Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a big plus, but not a requirement
∎ Familiarity with subscription-based or online education businesses is a bonus, but not a requirement
∎ This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll be in charge of strategy and execution across all major growth channels, mainly online, not not limited to that.

∎ You’ll work closely with our founders and team to optimize acquisition, improve conversion rates, and scale our marketing efforts profitably - as the firm must achieve 2-3x growth over the course of the year.
