Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand communication strategy, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Market Research, Public Relation, Strong communication skills , Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Development Agency, Brick, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create brand architecture and sub-brands defining their USP's and positioning in line with the overall positioning.
∎ Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
∎ Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
∎ Define Target Markets and develop applicable pricing models.
∎ Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post-launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
∎ Define Target Markets.
∎ Achieve the Sales Target
∎ Liaison with customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Preparing competitive budget for marketing activity
∎ Justifying marketing expense vs conversion
∎ Reporting the budget and target achievement to TOP Management with Justification

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
