Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters Degree or equivalent in marketing, communication or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform research, analysis and testing a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
∎ Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through content, events, email and social channels.
∎ Assist in execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
∎ Create and distribute monthly report, content creation, website traffic and other KPIs.
∎ Assist marketing managers in developing and execution of campaigns including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling and sales enablement.
∎ Obtain a thorough understanding of our products standards and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more effective communications and brand awareness.
∎ Documents procedures, processes, workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies.
∎ Analyze quantitative and qualitative data with special focus on buying trends to understand how marketing activity leads to customer sales.
∎ Assist in all marketing campaign, producing content for projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Working knowledge of market research, survey and data analysis.
∎ Experience in leading and planning initiatives.
∎ Proficiency with content management system.
∎ Experience to conduct different type of training to the departmental personnel for skill development.
