Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate a marketing plan
∎ Preparing departmental Budget with Action Plan towards the implementation of the target;
∎ Product development activities through designing and preparing promotional items;
∎ Publicity through the launching of a new product taking with Media partner, branding and advertisement.
∎ Fund raising for organizing Dealers/Farmers' training in collaboration with donor agencies
∎ Source searching for Agro-based project and monitoring for implementation of undertaken project works through fund acollection.
∎ Taking motivation step and rewards for the attached Departmental manpower for achieving the targeted vision through annual performance evaluation.
∎ Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about Challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and achievement status.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
