Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand communication strategy, Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Brand Promotion and Development, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the brand strategy.
∎ Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy.
∎ Create and execute an Advertising & Partnerships strategy that aligns with the business objectives for the company.
∎ Manage and grow existing partnerships with key strategic partners within multiple industries.
∎ Lead the identification and prioritization of new partnership opportunities to achieve the team's objectives of brand awareness, new customers acquisition and non-commission revenue.
∎ Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
∎ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
∎ Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Great communicator, with the ability to diffuse conflict & get the best out of people.
∎ Development and implementation of strategic growth plans across key partners to achieve sales goals and grow business year over year.
∎ Direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed.
∎ Provide support to product marketing to develop customer propositions and marketing communications.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Excellent objective-setting and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Results oriented and data driven: Able to make data informed decisions for a strategic partnership.
∎ Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful partnership campaign execution.
