Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in maintenance management preferably in a manufacturing setting.Strong leadership and people management skills.In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance practice.Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
∎ Oversee the maintenance schedule, breakdowns, power stations, distribution systems, and facilities department.
∎ Coordinate with the drawing, design, planning, and maintenance of existing maintenance equipment.
∎ Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including plumbing, sanitation, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.
∎ Schedule and coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
∎ Implement and uphold safety standards in all maintenance activities.
∎ Implement and maintain fire protection systems according to NFPA and BNBC codes.
∎ Ensure adherence to engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timelines, and performance.
