∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate With other departments such as planning, Industrial Engineering, Production for best machine management systems.
∎ Attend the pre-production and production meetings to understand the requirement and create the maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Manage availability of machines as per the production plan and oversee maintenance of equipment that may be required for production.
∎ Ensure machine availability during change over time.
∎ Review maintenance schedules created by the Executive and make amends wherever needed.
∎ Oversee scheduled maintenance for the machines and equipment.
∎ Respond to machine/equipment breakdowns by diagnosing faults and therefore taking corrective action with the Executive.
∎ Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required.
∎ Validate the process improvement ideas shared by the Executive and implement feasible ideas.
∎ Share high level process improvement mechanisms with the Head of Maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of overall Product development, Quality, Technical and technologist.
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
