∎ Graduate from any Discipline. Engineering background is most preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Local Purchase, Strong leadership and team management skill, Suppliers and Vendor Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Chemical Industries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement Planning
∎ Budgetary Allocations of Purchasing.
∎ Coordination with the others related department.
∎ Identification and realization of cost saving & cost reduction opportunities.
∎ Monitoring the purchase Procedure
∎ Conduct Business Review Meeting with the stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies
∎ Develop procurement process with the market trends & technologies.
∎ Managing the skills & competency development of procurement people including training development & knowledge of management capabilities.
∎ Checking & Approval of different documents

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication & Leadership Skill
∎ Product Knowledge, Negotiation & Supplier Relation Management
∎ Monitoring & Supervision, Problem Solving and quick decision making capability
