Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations of Liability Operations Department.
∎ Coordinate with branches, business groups, and other internal stakeholders.
∎ Implement and monitor controls within the business unit to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
∎ Identify and mitigate operational risks.
∎ Lead, mentor, and coach the liability operations team.
∎ Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members.
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on operational performance to Management.
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
