Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor KPI's throughout the group and provide up-to-date access to key staff.
∎ Support all end-users with their IT hardware and software problems
∎ Provide strategic data and reports to Managers and Directors
∎ Develop new systems to create efficiencies and cost savings throughout the business
∎ Ensure that Downtime is kept within KPI parameters
∎ Ensure that DR solutions are in place and tested
∎ Ensure Licences and IEEE standards are maintained
∎ Work with suppliers to achieve cost savings and high level of services
∎ Record and Maintain all hardware and software with annual checks
∎ Manage & direct Eurofoods Group strategy
∎ Manage and develop local IT personnel
∎ Plan IT strategy for the next 3-5 years with annual review and periodic reports
∎ Achieve annual objectives agreed with the Group Head of IT.
∎ Documenting and Understanding the business processes.
∎ Ensuring disaster recovery processes are tested regularly.
∎ Maintenance & Security for all system to be maintained.
∎ Service Request Management.
∎ Migration and planning for New ERP Solution.
∎ Supporting EPOS Solutions located at stores.
∎ Virus/ Malware inoculation using Sophos

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills and Experience:
∎ Previous experience of support / helpdesk.
∎ Experience of Working on LAN & WAN System. WatchGuard Firebox experience preferable
∎ Infrastructure design and implementation.
∎ Office 365
∎ Windows 10
∎ Windows Server 2019
∎ Personal Skills:
∎ To work within the policies and procedures of the Euro Foods Group Ltd
∎ Excellent telephone manner and oral communication skills
∎ Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver applicable solutions
∎ Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a support environment
∎ Ability to manage workload and time according to deadlines set
∎ Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic, prepared to go the "extra mile"
∎ Good attention to detail
