Job Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium or good IELTS scorer who have international call center experience to work on our project with long time career development mentality.
∎ Attractive remuneration will be provided. Must be willing to work long term
∎ Job will be at night shift, 8 hours. Time may rostered to 3 to 10 pm, depending on requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work from 10pm to 6am Bangladesh time.
∎ Ability to sell and communicate with offshore clients over phone.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot common PC problems.
∎ Proficiency in market research and finding new customers.
∎ Manageability of customer queries and forwarding to proper channels.
∎ Accustomedness with ZenDesk Management will get preference.

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
