Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in CSE/ IT/ MIS and Master's in CSE/ IT/ MIS from a reputed local or foreign university with good ratings all through the academic career.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Should have 15 years work experience including 10 years in financial sector and at least 5 years' as managerial position in a reputed organization.
∎ Must have large scale IT Project Management experience.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead a team with extensive technical and business knowledge.
