Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Business discipline/ Economics/ English/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT from any Public or renowned Private University.
∎ Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00 or equivalent in Graduation and Post-Graduation level.
∎ Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent in SSC & HSC level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age not exceeding 32 years as on January 01, 2023.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla are essential.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point is essential and use of software like Oracle EBS would be desirable.

Salary:
∎ Probation period: 12 (Twelve) months. Monthly Consolidated salary will be Tk. 25,000/- (Taka Twenty five thousand) only during the probation period. After successful completion of the probation period the incumbent will be confirmed in the regular pay scale of the Company. Other fringe benefits like contributory provident fund, gratuity, group and health insurance, festival and incentive bonuses are available after confirmation.
