Additional Requirements:
Required 05 to 08 years Banking Experience including at least 03 (Three) years Islamic Banking experience in General Banking & Investment Operations in any reputed Banks in Bangladesh.
Proficiency in written English and strong command of IT, particularly MS Excel. Candidates should be articulate, innovative, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision and management of day to day business activities of the Window.
Inducting new clients & maintaining good relationship.
Monitoring business development & recovery activities.
Drive business development initiatives to expand the portfolio.
Uphold the highest standards of managerial and business communication.
Develop strategic plans to align the Islamic Window with the bank’s overall objectives.
Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
